Velora

Velora is a 300-unit rental apartment project currently under construction at 3300 Jean-Béraud Avenue in Laval’s Chomedey district. The project combines contemporary architecture, refined interiors and an environment where urban design connects with outdoor and landscaped spaces. Delivery is scheduled for spring 2027.

Velora currently offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom units are located between the 2nd and 15th floors, range from 700 to 950 sq. ft., include 1 to 2 bathrooms, and start at $1,220/month. Two-bedroom units are located between the 1st and 15th floors, range from 950 to 1,420 sq. ft., also include 1 to 2 bathrooms, and start at $1,900/month.

Common areas and amenities

Velora plans a variety of spaces dedicated to fitness, work and relaxation, including a fitness centre, Trackman golf simulator with lounge, outdoor padel court, outdoor swimming pool, sauna with cold plunge, and a workspace with terrace. The project also lists a surveillance system, rooftop terrace, tennis court and pickleball among its announced amenities.

Location and quality of life

Located in the heart of Chomedey, Velora is close to Laval’s shops and services. Carrefour Laval is approximately 290 metres away, while a bus terminal is about 150 metres from the project. Centropolis and Marché 440 are both approximately 1.8 km away, providing convenient access to shopping, restaurants and everyday services.
