UNI5

UNI5 is a boutique rental community located in the heart of Montréal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal district. Designed around a modern shared-living concept, the project consists of 40 apartments distributed among five low-rise residential buildings surrounding landscaped outdoor spaces that encourage social interaction and community living.

Inspired by contemporary European housing models, UNI5 combines privacy with shared amenities in a human-scale environment. The project features a distinctive minimalist architectural design composed of five monolithic buildings with a gradient palette ranging from white to black.

The apartments benefit from abundant natural light through large windows and are located within walking distance of parks, cafés, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
