Luma

Located in Saint-Constant, Luma is a new modern rental condominium development designed to provide bright, practical living spaces focused on everyday comfort. Scheduled for occupancy in summer 2027, the project offers studios as well as one- to three-bedroom residences in a growing neighbourhood where residential tranquility meets convenient access to shops, nature and major transportation routes. The design emphasizes open spaces, natural light, soundproofing and energy efficiency for lasting comfort.

Comfort and inclusions

Luma Saint-Constant’s rental concept includes 5 stainless steel appliances, hot water, air conditioning, cable TV and high-speed Internet. Residences feature quality materials such as quartz and ceramic, along with contemporary finishes designed to combine style and functionality. Some units also include dedicated office spaces suitable for working from home.

The project also features an elevator, indoor parking, electric vehicle charging stations, storage lockers, a package reception room, a garbage chute on every floor and a refrigerated compost room. A dedicated dog grooming room is also provided. Pets weighing 25 lbs or less are accepted according to the project’s conditions.

Luma Saint-Constant offers a range of shared spaces designed to allow residents to work, stay active, relax and socialize within their residential environment.

Amenities include a fully equipped fitness centre, a yoga studio, a games room with billiards and entertainment areas, and a wellness area featuring a sauna, massage room and hot tub. A landscaped outdoor terrace, with both covered and open-air areas, provides additional space to enjoy the outdoors.
