LOGGIA Saint-Lambert is a rental project featuring 260 apartments across 6 floors, with one- to three-bedroom units available for immediate occupancy. Offered as an all-inclusive rental concept, the project focuses on bright living spaces, functional design and a residential environment combining comfort, tranquility and convenient access to Montreal.

Comfort and inclusions

The apartments include heating, electricity and hot water, as well as air conditioning and 5 appliances. Each unit features an in-suite laundry room with washer and dryer, a large glass-enclosed balcony-terrace, 9-foot ceilings and generous storage space. Phases 2 and 3 feature quartz countertops and a stainless-steel chimney hood. Some two-bedroom units also include two full bathrooms. Pets are accepted according to building regulations.
