Le Vizio

Located at 17100 avenue de la Concorde Sud in Saint-Hyacinthe, Le Vizio is a new rental condominium development designed to provide a modern, comfortable and convenient living environment just steps from downtown. The first phase includes 54 residences, with occupancy beginning in July 2027, followed by additional move-in dates in August and September 2027.

Le Vizio provides residents with a fully equipped fitness centre, a coworking space, an elevator, bicycle areas and a choice of indoor and outdoor storage options.

The project also offers several parking solutions, including indoor parking, accessible indoor spaces, parking with electric vehicle charging stations, and outdoor parking. Some of these services are available for an additional fee.

Accessibility

The building has been designed to facilitate mobility throughout the property. It provides barrier-free access from the parking area to the entrance, as well as convenient circulation toward the residences and common areas.

All residences are visitable, with adapted passage widths and generous circulation areas. Some units are also designed to be easily adaptable to residents’ needs, while fully barrier-free residences are available for wheelchair users.
