Le Ste-Marguerite

Le Ste-Marguerite is a 144-unit new rental apartment project in Trois-Rivières, with buildings located around Chanoine-Chamberland, Plouffe and Brébeuf streets. The project consists of six buildings arranged around an interior courtyard, with the first buildings delivered in July 2024. It offers a variety of layouts ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, with advertised sizes from 466 to 1,320 sq. ft.

Comfort and features

The apartments feature superior soundproofing, large windows, quartz countertops and spacious balconies. The buildings are equipped with heat pumps and air conditioning. Depending on the unit and rental formula, options may also include semi-furnished, furnished, or heated and electricity-included apartments.

Le Ste-Marguerite offers several layouts ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Listed models start at $895/month for 466 sq. ft., $1,225/month for a 706 sq. ft. one-bedroom, $1,795/month for a 1,140 sq. ft. two-bedroom, $1,995/month for a 1,320 sq. ft. three-bedroom, and $2,495/month for a 1,320 sq. ft. four-bedroom. Each listed model includes one bathroom.

Amenities and location

Residents have access to elevators, indoor parking, electric vehicle charging stations, indoor storage and Wi-Fi. The project is located near downtown Trois-Rivières, public transportation, shops and green spaces. A new phase comprising 48 additional apartments is also announced.
