Le Quartier Plus

Le Quartier Plus is a residential community designed for adults aged 55 and over, located in Thetford Mines in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. Developed by Lepage Immobilier, the project focuses on independence, freedom and community living for active retirees. The development currently includes Phases 1 and 2 completed in 2022, as well as Phase 3 scheduled for construction in summer 2026.

The project was designed to offer more than just an apartment. Residents benefit from a private environment that promotes security, activities, social interaction and leisure. Le Quartier Plus is inspired by the concept of private communities for adults aged 55+ and emphasizes quality of life, friendliness and neighbourly support.

The project offers loft, 3½, 4½, 4½+ and 5½ apartment layouts. Units feature open-concept living spaces, large windows and quality materials. Numerous services, recreational facilities and community spaces are available on-site to support an active lifestyle.

Construction Quality

The apartments feature 9-foot ceilings, large windows, quartz countertops, enhanced insulation, concrete floors, air exchangers, smart thermostats and heat-pump air conditioning. The project also includes controlled access, camera surveillance, automatic sprinklers and emergency monitoring systems.
