Le Parke

Le Parke is a rental condo project located in the Vieux-Limoilou district of Québec. Built in 2022, the 5-storey building includes 63 upscale rental units located near the Saint-Charles River, Pointe-aux-Lièvres park and local shops throughout the Limoilou area.

The project offers 2½, 3½, 4½ and 5½ units featuring large windows, granite countertops, superior concrete soundproofing, included air conditioning and one or two bathrooms depending on the layout. Units also include storage spaces and small dogs and cats are allowed.
