Located in Trois-Rivières near the St. Lawrence River and Old Trois-Rivières, Le Florent is a rental condominium building comprising 218 units distributed across six floors. The project offers several apartment configurations designed to provide spacious, bright living spaces oriented toward the river.
Inspired by the history of the area and its connection to the St. Lawrence River, Le Florent is integrated into an environment combining heritage, culture, nature and urban living. The project emphasizes residential comfort, quality common areas and sustainable construction practices.
