Le Constantin

Le Constantin is a new 32-unit rental condominium project designed for residents aged 55 and over, located at 607 Chemin d’Oka in Deux-Montagnes. Developed by Habitations PHG, the project focuses on providing a peaceful, comfortable and secure residential environment. It offers studio, 3½ and 4½ apartments in a building designed to simplify everyday living. An important benefit is also advertised: rents will not be increased until 2030.

Comfort and inclusions

The building features an elevator, underground parking, storage spaces available at an additional cost, electric bicycle storage and two commercial spaces within the building. Apartments include unlimited Internet, five appliances, window coverings, an air exchanger, air conditioning and hot water. Private balconies are also available depending on the unit type. Cats are permitted, while dogs are not allowed.

Units

The studios range from 450 to 575 sq. ft. and include one bathroom. Depending on the model and floor, some units have a balcony and indoor parking. Studios listed at $1,140/month specifically come without parking and without the option to add a parking space, but include an additional heated storage space. Published studio rents range from $1,140 to $1,475/month.

The 3½ apartments include one bedroom and one bathroom, with sizes ranging from 593 to 761 sq. ft. One 740 sq. ft. layout also includes a separate office. All 3½ units shown in the pricing grid include one indoor parking space, with listed rents ranging from $1,650 to $2,000/month.

The 4½ apartments feature two bedrooms and one bathroom. Depending on the layout, interior sizes are approximately 939 to 1,008 sq. ft., with a balcony and indoor parking included. Published monthly rents range from $2,200 to $2,400.

Location and quality of life

Le Constantin is located in a residential area of Deux-Montagnes with nearby parks and trails, essential shops and services, and local activities and events. The lake is also nearby for relaxation and leisure. The area offers easy access to downtown Montreal via the REM, combining convenient transportation with a calm residential setting.
