Le Bella Terra

Bella Terra is a new 87-unit rental development located in Sherbrooke’s Fleurimont area, designed primarily for active residents aged 45 and over. The project offers modern 2½ to 4½ apartments in a quiet and secure environment, with availability planned for spring 2027. Of the 87 apartments, 14 units are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Comfort and inclusions

The apartments feature 9-foot ceilings, large patio doors, abundant natural light and a large balcony. Rent includes hot water, air conditioning, Internet, an outdoor parking space and storage space. The building also features secure entrances with a connected intercom, an elevator, a common room, fitness room, landscaped rooftop terrace, EV charging stations and additional storage spaces. Indoor parking is also available for an extra fee.

The project includes 20 2½ apartments, ranging from 465 to 595 sq. ft., starting at $1,475/month. The 51 3½ apartments range from 580 to 1,010 sq. ft., starting at $1,725/month, while the 16 4½ apartments offer 1,085 to 1,210 sq. ft., starting at $1,975/month. As the building is currently under construction, the first tenants may also benefit from a certain level of customization of their future apartment.

Located at 200 chemin Duplessis in Sherbrooke, near the intersection of King Est and Duplessis, Bella Terra enjoys a convenient location in Fleurimont. The surrounding area includes grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare services, schools, parks and sports facilities, including the Julien-Ducharme arena, a gym, bowling alley and pickleball centre.
