Kwayaweh

Located in Wendake, within a wooded environment near Quebec City, Kwayaweh is a rental apartment project comprising 236 units distributed across two buildings of 6 and 7 storeys. The project draws inspiration from the culture and history of the Wendat Nation and represents the first phase of a large-scale development planned by the Wendat Nation Council.

Developed in the Önonta’ sector, Kwayaweh was designed to address housing needs while creating a modern living environment connected to both the community and the surrounding natural landscape. The project is the result of a partnership between Immostar and the Wendat Nation, with a focus on sustainability, quality of life and community autonomy.

Located in a heavily wooded setting, Kwayaweh offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as units with office space. The apartments are designed to provide comfort, brightness and tranquility through concrete construction and superior soundproofing. The first phase is scheduled for summer 2026.

Construction Quality

The buildings feature a 100% concrete structure and superior acoustic insulation. Apartments include 9-foot ceilings, generous windows, independent air exchangers, wall-mounted air conditioning with balcony condensers and a heating system combining electric baseboards and heat pumps.

Units also include quartz countertops, ceramic backsplashes, large ceramic glass showers, premium cabinetry, solar blinds, 8-foot patio doors and curved balconies. Certain units include freestanding bathtubs.
