Gest sur Gouin is a 250-unit rental apartment project located at 3551 Gouin Boulevard East in Montréal-Nord, directly along the banks of the Rivière des Prairies. Delivered in 2022, the building rises 20 storeys and offers one- to three-bedroom apartments, corresponding to 3½, 4½ and 5½ layouts, with sizes ranging from 488 to 1,353 sq. ft. Its location combines a natural waterfront setting, open views and convenient access to urban services.

The apartments feature contemporary design, generous windows, superior soundproofing and quality finishes. Units include five stainless-steel appliances, including a stacked washer and dryer, as well as Internet and cable television.
