Agora Val-Bélair — Rental Residential Development in Québec

Located on Rue de L’Escarpement in the Val-Bélair sector of Québec City, Agora Val-Bélair is a multi-phase rental residential development set within a predominantly residential neighborhood.

Phase 1, located at 4804 Rue de L’Escarpement (Québec, G3K 0V5), consists of a two-storey building with 32 rental units. This phase offers 4½ and 5½ apartments, with floor areas ranging from approximately 991 to 1,199 sq. ft. Rents start at $1,255 for 4½ units and $1,650 for 5½ units.

Phase 2, located at 4855 Rue de L’Escarpement (Québec, G3K 0N8), includes 24 rental units, also spread over two storeys. Rents vary by unit, generally ranging from $1,380 to $1,528. Some units offer occupancy starting February 1, 2026, and a $1,000 promotion applies to units in this phase.

All apartments are unheated and unlit, and feature washer-dryer hookups, included internet, and air conditioning. Cats are permitted under certain conditions. Appliances are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Outdoor parking is included in Phase 1 and available for an additional fee in Phase 2.
