Hendrick Farm is a residential development located in Chelsea, at the foot of Gatineau Park and approximately 12 minutes from downtown Ottawa. The Forest offers 1,540 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, an office and an integrated garage starting at $790,000 including taxes. Highgate B and A provide 1,915 and 2,170 sq. ft. respectively, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and integrated garages, starting at $882,400 and $926,150 including taxes.
