Émergence Lévis — Rental Community in Saint-Romuald

Located at 1295 Courchevel Street in Saint-Romuald, Émergence Lévis is a multi-phase rental residential community in the city of Lévis, strategically positioned near the bridges connecting both shores.

The Émergence rental community is being developed in several phases, including a first phase of 149 rental units, ready for occupancy as of summer 2024. This phase consists of a 12-storey building with three underground parking levels, designed to be connected to future phases of the project.

The project team acts as both developer and builder, ensuring continuity from design through construction and long-term development.

Émergence is built around the vision of a modern, people-centered living environment, where every element is designed to support quality of life.

The community offers a range of rental units, including studios and 1- to 3-bedroom apartments (2½ to 5½), as well as townhouses.

A second phase currently under construction is scheduled for occupancy in July 2026 and will include several indoor common areas, such as a gym, indoor pool, sauna, shared workspace, lounge with billiards, and a virtual golf area.
