ÉLIA Phase 2

Located in the new residential neighbourhood of Douville in Saint-Hyacinthe, ÉLIA Phase 2 continues the development in a peaceful, green setting designed to balance comfort, quality and simplicity. Delivery is scheduled for November 2026. Each residence includes 5 new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. High-speed Wi-Fi, hot water, wall-mounted air conditioning, a private storage locker and one heated indoor parking space are also included.

Kitchens feature a contemporary design with quartz countertops, a central island, ergonomic cabinetry, an undermount sink and polished chrome fixtures. Bathrooms feature ceramic flooring, a glass-enclosed tub and shower, ceramic wall finishes, a contemporary vanity and a rainfall showerhead. Each residence also includes a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Each residence also features a private balcony, while corner residences may benefit from a larger double balcony.

Security, accessibility and parking

Phase 2 benefits from ÉLIA’s security and accessibility features, including an elevator, a secure entrance lobby, controlled access using a magnetic key fob, a secure intercom system and surveillance cameras. Access is also adapted for people with reduced mobility.

One heated indoor parking space and a private storage locker are included. Additional parking is available for an extra fee, and visitor parking is also provided. Electric vehicle charging stations are available upon request.

Dogs may be accepted subject to approval, with a prior meeting with the animal required. An additional monthly fee may apply according to management conditions.
