DIEM Rental Living is a new residential rental project located in the heart of Charlesbourg, at 6125, 1re Avenue, Québec.

Developed on an exceptional site formerly occupied by the Eudist Fathers, DIEM offers a unique living environment where heritage, contemporary architecture and the surrounding natural setting come together.

The project will include 275 rental condos and apartments, divided between two complementary entities, DIEM Origines and DIEM Horizon. Origines includes 54 units and Horizon, 218 units.

DIEM Origines
