Condo OPLÀ

Condo OPLÀ is a new residential rental project featuring 45 condos, located at 13,580 rue du Forgeron in Mirabel, in the Saint-Canut area. The project offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, corresponding to 3 ½, 4 ½, and 5 ½ layouts, with occupancy scheduled to begin in July 2026.

The residential units are distributed across three residential floors, while the ground floor also includes commercial spaces. Residential floor plans range from 720 to 1,460 sq. ft. The layouts feature living areas, bedrooms, a bathroom and storage spaces, with selected plans also including walk-in closets, laundry rooms, and balconies or terraces. The floor plans indicate that dimensions may be modified following construction.

Construction Quality

The project is developed by Parmofab in partnership with Logis M. The apartments are designed to provide modern and bright living spaces with abundant natural light. Window coverings are included, and the building is secured with camera surveillance.
