Citéa Sherbrooke is a new rental building located at 152 King Street East in Sherbrooke, in the Fleurimont area. The project includes 32 contemporary apartments in 2½, 3½, 4½ and 5½ configurations, starting at $875/month and available as of July 1, 2026. The units feature bright, open-concept layouts designed for students, professionals, couples and small families.

Comfort and inclusions

The apartments are equipped with a heat pump, large windows and a dedicated washer-dryer area. Hot water and Internet are included. The building also features an elevator, covered parking, EVduty charging stations, secure chip-card access and heated indoor storage spaces available for rent. Some apartments also feature a kitchen with a quartz island and ample cabinet storage.

Units

The 2½ units include a large bathroom and a separate space for a stacked washer and dryer. The 3½ units feature one bathroom and a separate laundry area. The 4½ units are available in several configurations, ranging from one bathroom to two bathrooms, with some layouts also offering an additional powder room. The 5½ units include a full bathroom, a separate powder room and a dedicated washer-dryer area. Private balconies are also available.

A bus stop directly in front of the building serves routes 1, 3, 7, 12, 14, 19 and 57. Downtown Sherbrooke is approximately 3 minutes away by car, and the Communauto 034 King and Bowen station is also within walking distance.
