Boisé des Alouettes is a residential project comprising 36 wooded lots located in the Bellefeuille sector of Saint-Jérôme. The lots generally range from 16,000 to 23,000 sq. ft., with several new-home models available, some of which offer a garage. The project is serviced by municipal water and properties use septic systems. Prices start at $829,900 + taxes. The project is located less than 3 km from Highway 15 and approximately 5 minutes from downtown Saint-Jérôme.
